Sidera Consulting is an independent project management consultancy providing services across the utilities, infrastructure, energy and construction sectors.

The business is led by Graeme Marshall, who has extensive experience in project development, construction and project management in New Zealand and overseas.

Graeme's early career included business development and project roles in the electricity and utilities sectors, both in New Zealand and Canada. This was followed by many years managing commercial construction and building remediation projects through his own businesses.

More recently, his work has returned to the utilities and energy sectors, with a focus on critical infrastructure projects, including high-voltage electricity transmission and distribution networks, electrical infrastructure for major data centres and associated civil works.

His experience covers projects from initial feasibility, business case development and consenting through to procurement, contract administration and construction delivery.

Graeme takes a practical approach to project management, with an emphasis on managing risk, controlling costs, resolving problems and maintaining good working relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
